Overview

The Flawless Cowboy is a former stealth-spy ship, eventually repurposed, repainted, and upgraded by Delilah. Though not entirely restored to its former state, the ship now has long range communication dish perfect for reaching supervisors and clients almost across the galaxy, as well as a 360 dual-barrel turret.

Wardens pull up information about Runejam and Dr. Arc as the team discusses what to do next.

The ship uses Crystalline fusion now; with a special fuel that does leave an orange trail when burned.  The ship does have energy shielding as well as a reinforced hull, though if enough damage does take place it's hull will need to be patched from the outside.

The current makeup of the ship comes equipped with a laboratory, bunks, and storage space to masquerade as a regular shipping or medical vessel. Much like a few other Spacefarers and Sorcery Era ships, Flawless Cowboy is modular. Provided you remove its outer covering first, pieces can be shifted in and out. Delilah has chosen to keep the ship as is in its current state, seeing it just as much a home as a vessel.

When she decided to take up adventuring, Delilah would want to market her services and her ship as being able to handle the craziest adventures (Cowboy) but still get the job done (Flawless).

Crew and Histroy

The original Crew of the Flawless Cowboy was made of Delilah Yond, Warden Ironger, Brooks Ancranies, and Noel.  After Warden wanted to leave the group to further pursue Clerical studies in the Divine order and Serve the Coalition of the Seceding Systems. Though saddened, the Delilah’s crew was happy for Warden choice and promised that should he need help or wish to return, they were just a holo-call away

For a time, it was just Delilah Yond, Brooks Ancranies, and Noel, until Delilah came across Lilian in her efforts to take down Commander Cerberus.  After Cerberus was defeated, Lilian made a choice to stay with Delilah and her crew, going on further adventures as part of a Joint-Imperial-Coalition-Peacekeeping operation for a few years.

As of recently, Warden Ironger has rejoined the crew alongside Princess Carrie Autumnheart; the vigilante duo came across the crew of the Flawless Cowboy in an effort to catch the dreaded Necromancer Enyo.  However, both groups failed to catch Enyo, which was one of the factors that resulted in the Joint-Imperial-Coalition-Peacekeeping operation ending. The Former - Coalition of the Seceding Systems then were reorganized into the Katelyn Ascendancy by Carrie Autumnheart's parents, Oolara Autumnheart and Adquin Autumnheart. Counselor Sebastian of the Stella Empire also expresses no long being interested in restoring the peacekeeping operation, much to Delilah and Lilian's frustration

Fortunately, Carrie was able to glean some more information on Enyo about her ancestor and galactic hero, Katelyn Autumnheart, and possible ties to an ancient evil, the abyss. In need of food and fuel, Delilah’s crew joined Carrie and Warden on this adventure. Though the Crew of the Flawless Cowboy managed to save the galaxy again, this time from the abyss, both the Stella Empire and Katelyn Ascendancy have considered that the crew interfered with both of their plans for war. Carrie and Warden choose to go into hiding with Delilah's crew, revoking their royal positions.

Though war will return to the galaxy, with Abyss trapped but still present at the Edge of the galaxy, the Crew of the Flawless Cowboy knows they will have to rely on each other and do what they can in a galaxy spiraling into darkness...

The crew looks onwards on sun-setting planet and an uncertain future, standing together.

Behind the Scenes

Delilah's ship, The Flawless Cowboy, was based off the Nintendo Switch game system. I wanted it to share a mix of round and sharp elements, giving the sense it could both fight and act as a home at the same time. The ship’s name is another video game reference (Halo).
